About the role
As an IT Specialist, you'll keep systems, accounts, and platforms reliable and secure for a fully remote, globally distributed team. You'll be the go-to person for access, tooling, and day-to-day IT support.
What you'll do
- Manage accounts, access, and platform configuration
- Support the team with tooling and troubleshooting
- Help maintain security and good operational hygiene
- Document IT processes and keep them current
What we're looking for
- Experience administering SaaS platforms and accounts
- Good understanding of security and access best practices
- Patient, clear communicator who enjoys helping people
- Comfortable supporting a distributed, async team
